Meet Dr. Kosak
Arizona Foot and Ankle Physicians opened in early 2017 with one goal in mind: improving upon the current standard for Podiatric healthcare, and going the extra mile to create the best environment to meet our patient’s foot and ankle medical needs.
After moving to Arizona from Minnesota, Dr. Kosak studied biochemistry at Arizona State University and participated in published research on the mitochondria. There, she discovered her passion in Podiatric care while observing research conducted on neuropathy. Dr. Kosak pursued a career as a DPM, and graduated from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois. She was the first generation of podiatrist to complete three years of surgical and medical residency in the profession at the New York Community Hospital-Affiliated with New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Medical College of Cornell University. While in Tucson, Dr. Kosak was part of a team of doctors that specialized in limb salvage and wound care, and worked primarily out of the Tucson Medical Center. With 6 years of experience as a Doctor of Podiatric medicine and a provider of comprehensive medical and surgical care for the foot and ankle, Dr. Kosak is a highly skilled and qualified healthcare professional. She is also fluent in Spanish.
